Top-Producing Mortgage Leader Gianni Cerretani Joins AnnieMac’s Momentum Group

AnnieMac Home Mortgage (AnnieMac), a national full-service mortgage lender, is proud to welcome Gianni Cerretani as Branch Manager within its Momentum Group division, further strengthening the company’s retail growth strategy and expanding its footprint across the Southeast.

Momentum Group is AnnieMac’s national retail growth engine. Launched in 2024, it has quickly become one of the fastest-growing teams in the industry, with over 100 team members already on board. The division reflects a modern approach to building high-performing mortgage teams at scale.

Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Cerretani’s addition marks Momentum Group’s expansion into the Southeast, where he will focus on building high-performing teams and establishing a strong regional presence. A consistent top producer with annual production of approximately $55 million, Cerretani brings more than 26 years of experience and a proven track record of excellence in both performance and client service.

In addition to his production achievements, Cerretani is a two-time Telly Award-winning television host on The American Dream TV Network, where he leads the segment Financing the American Dream, educating audiences on homeownership, financing strategies, and building generational wealth.
