Certainty Home Lending Names Bryan Ingenito EVP And National Operations Executive
National mortgage lender Certainty Home Lending, a Rate Company, has named Bryan Ingenito as Executive Vice President and National Operations Executive. Ingenito brings more than 28 years of experience in mortgage lending and consumer banking operations to the role, with a track record of building and optimizing large-scale fulfillment organizations.
Ingenito began his career as a loan officer at a regional independent mortgage bank before moving into operations leadership at one of the country’s largest national depositories, where he spent more than 25 years rising to Senior Vice President. In that time, he held a succession of national executive roles spanning mortgage fulfillment, process design, technology, performance management and small business credit. Among his accomplishments, he built scale in multiple loan industry cycles and led process and platform design work. He also improved cycle times as well as customer and loan officer satisfaction rates by strengthening sales and operational alignment.
“Operations is where the borrower experience is either won or lost, and Bryan has spent his career making sure it’s won,” said CEO Franco Terango. “His ability to build teams, design processes and drive performance at a national scale is exactly what we need as we continue to grow.
