Florida Agency Network Expands CertifID Use To Strengthen Closing Communication
The Florida Agency Network (FAN), Florida’s largest independent provider of title and settlement services, has rolled out an expansion of its use of CertifID, a nationally used closing and fraud prevention platform, throughout its operations for identity verification and payoff clearance, adding direct wire fraud protection to every closing it conducts. FAN has deployed CertifID’s closing communication and automation tools—added through the company’s acquisition of CloseSimple earlier this year—to manage client communication and data collection throughout the closing process.
The rollout extends the same protection FAN’s agencies already rely on for wire security into the communication and data collection side of the closing process, bringing CertifID’s full platform into use throughout the operation through a single workflow.

CertifID verifies identities and validates wire instructions ahead of every payoff, with each transaction backed by direct insurance coverage. Its newest capability adds real-time closing communication and a client-facing portal, along with automated status updates and integration with major title production systems.
