SocialCoach Introduces Reputation Manager To Help Lenders Streamline Their Marketing Tech Stacks
SocialCoach has released Reputation Manager, bringing loan officer reviews to the same platform that seven of the top 20 U.S. lenders already use for social media, video and compliance. It launches with more than 130,000 reviews already on the platform from its first two enterprise lenders and is available to any lender.
Lenders typically buy social, video messaging, landing pages, compliance, and reviews from five vendors, with five logins, five contracts, and five systems for compliance to supervise. Reputation Manager makes reviews the sixth product in one platform.
Google and AI platforms now weigh review volume, recency, and response activity when recommending local professionals. Reputation Manager is built for that:
* Lender-controlled collection. Lenders decide how and when review requests are sent to clients and referral partners, with unlimited form types and flows. Requests go out via text, email, or a personal video from the loan officer.
* One inbox, every review. Google, Facebook, and Zillow reviews land in a single inbox. AI drafts the reply; the loan officer approves it before it posts.
* Reviews that travel. Each new review becomes branded social content, posted automatically to the loan officer’s individual accounts and surfaced on their landing page.
* Compliance built in. Requests, replies, and review posts follow the same approval workflows and archiving as every other piece of content in SocialCoach.
“Search engines and AI weigh peer reviews more than ever, and the review platforms mortgage lenders use today were built for a different era. They collect a review and stop there. Our Reputation Manager starts there,” said Joe Wilson, founder and CEO of SocialCoach. “The lender controls how and when surveys and review requests are sent, with unlimited forms and flows. Every review becomes social content, posted automatically to the loan officer’s accounts, where the next borrower actually sees it. Collecting reviews is table stakes. Putting them to work is the standard we’re setting for mortgage brands.”
Reputation Manager is already earning industry recognition. In September, SocialCoach was named a finalist for Best Technology at National Mortgage News’ Digital Mortgage conference, where company leadership presented the new reviews feature.
