Ben MacNeil Promoted To Loan Officer At Mortgage Network
Mortgage Network, Inc., one of the largest independent mortgage lenders in the eastern U.S., announced Ben MacNeil has been promoted from sales assistant to loan officer at the company’s Burlington, Massachusetts office. MacNeil is currently licensed to assist borrowers in Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Rhode Island and Florida with their home financing needs.
MacNeil (NMLS #2233485) is a Burlington native and went to Burlington High School. He also attended Middlesex Community College and UMass Lowell’s Manning School of Business, where he earned a degree in business finance.
MacNeil said the local housing market is still competitive but not as intense as it has been the past two years.
“If you’re thinking about buying a home, don’t let the market discourage you,” said MacNeil. “The timing will never be 100% perfect—it’s all about assessing your current situation and your goals and determining what works for you.”
“Planning ahead and getting pre-approved will ensure you’re ready to act quickly when you find the home you want,” MacNeil added. “There are many types of mortgage loans and homebuyer assistance programs out there that are worth exploring. That’s why it’s useful to have a trusted loan professional go through all your options and guide you every step of the way.”
“We’re proud to have Ben on our team as a loan officer,” said Burlington Branch Manager Billy Pierce (NMLS #482275). “As a sales assistant, he impressed us all with his work ethic and his passion for helping borrowers. We know that he’ll be just as attentive to his borrowers’ needs and goals in his new role and will have great success.”
“I look forward to helping homebuyers and homeowners with all of their home financing needs,” said MacNeil. “My goal is to develop long lasting relationships and continue to build on Mortgage Network’s strong reputation of quality customer service.”
