The Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) announced that Kaitlin Hildner has joined the association as Associate Vice President of Loan Administration Policy. In this role, Hildner will help lead the development and implementation of MBA’s strategy on legislative, regulatory, and other industry issues related to loan administration and mortgage servicing.

Lokesh joins the organization with a proven track record of building high-performing technology teams, driving innovation, and delivering enterprise-scale digital solutions across global markets.

FICS® (Financial Industry Computer Systems, Inc.), a provider of loan origination software and commercial servicing software for the mortgage industry, announced significant leadership changes as part of a strategic succession plan. Susan Graham, who has served as president for 18 years, will transition to a new role as Senior Vice President of Employee Education while maintaining her position on the company’s board of directors. Shalecia Callaway and Aaron Lynch will assume the roles of Co-Presidents, effective January 1, 2026.
