MISMO, the real estate finance industry’s standards organization, announced its Board of Directors for 2025.

Planet Home Lending, a leading national mortgage lender, servicer, and asset manager, has tapped Jason Mac Gloan, CMB as Senior Vice President, Correspondent Sales. With more than 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry, including leadership roles at Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Freedom Mortgage, Mac Gloan brings a broad perspective and a proven record of driving growth within the mortgage industry.

The Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) announced that Matthew Gallant has joined the association as Director of Member Relations. In his role, Gallant will manage MBA’s portfolio of residential member companies in the Northeast region, overseeing and strengthening member engagement with key leaders and identifying opportunities for MBA to better support their business efforts.

SingleSource Property Solutions, a provider of residential property services supporting the U.S. housing industry, announced that Daniel Figurski has joined the company as chief appraiser. Figurski will expand the company’s valuation services to help home lenders, mortgage holders, and residential loan servicers increase efficiency through the use of effective, high-quality valuations.

Planet has hired Ken Quantie to lead KeyLink, the title entity in the Planet Family of Companies. As Senior Vice President, Quantie will expand KeyLink’s residential and commercial title offerings to make them available to external financial services entities by the end of the first quarter.

REdistribute, an MLS backed venture that licenses and distributes MLS data for institutional use, has added Patrick Jacolenne, CEO of DataLogiq 360 and founder of CoComply.AI, to its Board of Directors. With decades of experience in real estate and mortgage technology, Jacolenne brings unmatched expertise and innovation to the REdistribute team.

Panorama Mortgage Group has appointed Philip Riccio as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). With over two decades of experience in the mortgage industry, Mr. Riccio brings a wealth of expertise in capital markets, financial management, and strategic leadership to his new role.

LERETA, LLC (“LERETA”) announced that Katie Brewer has been named Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”).  Ms. Brewer succeeds John Walsh, Chief Executive Officer since 2015, who is retiring and will continue to serve on the firm’s Board of Directors.

The Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) promoted Megan Booth to Vice President of Commercial/Multifamily Policy. In her new role, Booth will manage the development and execution of MBA members’ policy objectives and goals and will serve as a staff lead on federal and state regulatory issues pertaining to commercial real estate finance.

Planet Home Lending has hired Matt Payan as Senior Vice President, Distributed Retail Sales. Payan brings more than two decades of experience in retail mortgage sales leadership, branch operations, and driving high-performing sales teams, leveraging his strong 30-year finance background to increase profitability.
