Optimal Blue has elevated Rick Allen to chief operating officer (COO). Most recently serving as Optimal Blue’s chief administrative officer, Allen brings more than 35 years of experience in the housing industry to his senior leadership role.

Optimal Blue has appointed Sara Holtz as chief marketing officer. As a seasoned marketing and communications leader, Holtz brings more than 20 years of career experience, including a decade of driving change in the mortgage industry. As chief marketing officer, Holtz will drive unified marketing and communications strategies to advance Optimal Blue’s business priorities and further extend the company’s influence.

Planet Home Lending, a national mortgage lender, servicer, and asset manager, has hired Andy Insua as Regional Sales Manager for the Southeast. With a diverse financial services background in consumer finance, commercial banking, and mortgage banking, Insua is well-equipped to spearhead the expansion of Planet Home Lending’s retail branch network in this key region.

National mortgage lender Certainty Home Lending, a Guaranteed Rate Company, has named Darius Korybko as Vice President of Business Development.

Xactus announced that Michael Crockett has been named Chief Operating Officer. Previously he served as Chief Data Officer.
