MISMO Looks To Launch New Workgroup
MISMO, the mortgage industry’s standards organization, announced a call for participants for a new workgroup focused on a standards solution for commercial real estate (CRE).
The CRE Property Financials development workgroup is focused on documenting the data requirements associated with CRE property level financial information.
The group will address the need for a standardized method for exchanging CRE property financial statement data with business partners. The work will focus on enabling seamless reporting of property financials for both software and service offerings.
