Joining Service 1st are Brad Shiller and Kerry Goodman as National Sales Directors, Elaine Edginton as Vice President of Operations, and Tom Moser as Manager of Systems Integration. Their collective expertise will drive the company’s strategic growth initiatives, expand lender partnerships, and optimize technology-driven verification and compliance solutions.

Brad Shiller brings a strong background in business development and relationship management in the mortgage industry. He held key roles at Factual Data and Data Facts, where he was instrumental in driving revenue growth and expanding market share through strategic sales initiatives.
Kerry Goodman has over 25 years of sales and business development experience in mortgage lending and real estate. He has held leadership roles at Indecomm, Verity Global Solutions, and LoanLogics, where he was responsible for developing key client relationships and driving significant business growth.
Elaine Edginton has nearly four decades of leadership in mortgage operations. She has successfully built and managed high-performing teams and has expertise in leading audits, managing examinations, and implementing compliance frameworks. Prior to joining Service 1st, Edginton held executive roles at several large mortgage organizations, including CrossCountry Mortgage and Change Home Mortgage.
Tom Moser brings an extensive background in technology and quality control within the mortgage industry. Prior to joining Service 1st, he served as Director of Technology and Quality Systems at Dart Appraisal, where he oversaw technology implementations and compliance initiatives.
All four hires come as Service 1st continues to enhance its verification and credit reporting services.
