ServiceLink Welcomes Liz Green As Senior Vice President Of Valuation Solutions
ServiceLink names longtime strategist, solutions architect and valuation trailblazer Liz Green to its valuations’ executive team. Green joins ServiceLink as senior vice president of valuation solutions where she will help drive the organization’s valuations-related strategy and continue pioneering the digitization and modernization of valuation solutions through the evolution of products and services.
As the valuation industry goes through a major shift with the new Uniform Residential Appraisal Report (URAR) and Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD) 3.6 transition – the first overhaul of output reporting in 20 years – Green will also tap into her industry insights and unmatched expertise to guide ServiceLink and its clients through the change.
“ServiceLink has been at the forefront of digitizing mortgage services solutions for many years. Liz’s deep industry knowledge and decades of on-the-ground experience as a valuation powerhouse will help further accelerate ServiceLink’s position as a market leader. We’re excited to have her here,” said Matt Woodhouse, managing director of valuation.
Green has led the way in applying data standards to valuation technologies since 2009 and was recently named the Collateral Risk Network’s 2025 Valuation Visionary. She currently serves as the chair of the Property and Valuation Services Community of Practice for the Mortgage Industry Standards Maintenance Organization (MISMO), which serves as the standards development body for the mortgage industry. She also chairs CRN’s Standards Committee and was previously named an MBA Tech All-Star for her leadership in MISMO’s property information and valuation sectors.
A passionate activist for data standards, Green has helped foster a new level of understanding in property valuation and collateral risk assessment through the application of digital intelligence. She is recognized across the industry as a thought leader who lends her time and talents to various publications and the GSEs and has helped guide many conversations and consensuses in the valuation field.
