SoHo Title Partners With Florida Agency Network To Fuel Growth In South Tampa Market

SoHo Title, a South Tampa-based title and settlement services provider, has entered into a partnership with the Florida Agency Network (FAN), the state’s largest independent provider of title and settlement services. The firm will provide a full suite of title, escrow and closing services for the commercial real estate sector as well as for residential transactions of all sizes.

The partnership adds FAN’s pooled resources, technology and operational support to SoHo Title’s service offering, enhancing its ability to serve homebuyers, commercial developers, builders, lenders and real estate professionals in the region and positioning it for short term as well as sustainable growth.

“This partnership puts SoHo Title in a position to impact the marketplace, and not just down the road, but now,” David Zalich, Partner at SoHo Title. “We’ll do that by delivering a seamless experience as well as concierge-caliber expertise and support to our customers. The result should be significant growth.”

According to FAN Chief Operating Officer, Mike LaRosa, “We expect that SoHo Title will quickly become a heavy hitter in the South Tampa market, especially when it comes to high end commercial and residential transactions. They’ll also be an incredible resource for anyone doing business statewide, whether it’s a CRE deal, jumbo transaction or traditional purchase mortgage. With his extensive experience in both the CRE and residential sectors, including a wide network of key entities and influencers, we have no doubt Dave will be a considerable growth catalyst for the business.”
