Nationwide Title Clearing

Covius Holdings, Inc. (“Covius”), a provider of technology-enabled solutions to the financial services industry, has reached an agreement to acquire Palm Harbor, Florida-based Nationwide Title Clearing, Inc. (“NTC”), a national lien release provider.
