Covius Holdings, Inc. (“Covius”), a provider of technology-enabled solutions to the financial services industry, has completed the acquisition of Palm Harbor, Florida-based Nationwide Title Clearing, LLC (“NTC”) and that approximately 670 NTC associates and senior management have now joined Covius.
