“Each panelist will share three key learning nuggets for the purpose of igniting managers to grow their coaching and mentoring competencies, overcome fears, increase Emotional Intelligence (EI) and ignite effectiveness in the roles they serve,” she said. “Our goal is to give lending leaders around the country a virtual coaching session with specific ways to raise the quality of influence, prompt meaningful conversations and ultimately create positive change.”

Greg Harkavy’s ‘Three signs of a True Coaching Leader’

Harkavy’s opening seminar focuses on three best practices that set great coaching leaders apart.

“When it comes to what employees are looking for from their leaders and employers,” he said, “the standard is higher than ever. It’s less about a paycheck and perks and more about a sense of connection and support that allows them to grow and thrive. To meet this need, you need to be more than a manager; you need to become a coaching leader.”

Over nearly 20 years Harkavy has coached hundreds of clients, from team leaders looking to grow their leadership effectiveness, to CEOs and small business owners through strategic planning and execution. Prior to becoming a full-time executive coach he spent 13 years working in the mortgage industry delivering extraordinary results as his company’s Number One originator, leading its top branch and production team, while working with owners to launch a successful start-up.

“Those who join us on this first webinar should walk away with new insights and practical strategies to improve self-leadership, better engage people through vision and provide their people with the clarity around their roles and goals they need to be successful,” he added. “I’ve designed it to equip both newer and experienced leaders to up their coaching game.”
