BlackFin Group Adds Industry Veteran Christopher Call
BlackFin Group, a management consulting firm serving the Banking and Mortgage Industries, has appointed Christopher Call as Principal Consultant to run the BlackFin Group Professional Services team. Christopher is a 30-year veteran of the mortgage, mortgage technology, and financial services industry. He has been recognized and applauded nationwide by both lenders and top tier technology vendors for his relentless commitment to helping them successfully navigate the biggest challenges of day-to-day technology implementations and utilization.
In his role, Christopher will lead the growing Professional Services team at BlackFin which focuses on assisting lenders and mortgage technology vendors with the implementation of new systems, quality assurance testing, requirements gathering training, change management, configurations, system administration, integrations, and custom development work. As lenders look to both maximize ROI of today’s technology and prepare to launch significant projects in the last half of 2023, it’s critical that lenders and vendors have a Professional Services team that can both scale to their needs and be confident in the efficient delivery of their professional service’s needs. Christopher has served in similar roles while at Mortgage Cadence, Source Point Mortgage Solutions, and Argent Mortgage.
