First Community Mortgage Advances Wholesale Digital Strategy With Blue Sage TPO Portal

First Community Mortgage (FCM), a wholly owned subsidiary of First Community Bank of Tennessee, is continuing to advance its digital wholesale transformation through the new updated Blue Sage Third-Party Origination (TPO) Portal. The cloud-native platform enables FCM’s wholesale division, which operates under the brand name A Mortgage Boutique (AMB), to deliver a more streamlined, intelligent, and connected experience for broker partners while improving visibility, automation, and efficiency across the loan lifecycle. As lenders continue evaluating how automation, AI, and workflow intelligence can reduce operational friction, many are rethinking fragmented third-party origination processes and legacy portal technology.

The Blue Sage TPO Portal allows lenders to manage wholesale and correspondent lending within a unified digital platform, helping teams streamline partner onboarding, automate workflows, and maintain real-time visibility across the pipeline through intelligent automation and AI-ready infrastructure.

This milestone builds on FCM’s continued investment in digital transformation. The lender previously rolled out the Blue Sage Digital Mortgage Platform to its wholesale channel and is now fully operational on the enhanced TPO portal. With this implementation, FCM’s broker partners benefit from a streamlined, modern experience from loan submission through closing.

FCM’s journey with Blue Sage began in retail. Going live in 2023, FCM deployed the Blue Sage Digital Lending Platform and LION Consumer POS across its retail division. The success of that rollout laid the foundation for expanding into wholesale, and now delivering a best-in-class broker experience.
