SimplyPMG announced that Fernando Ospina will assume the role of Chief Production Officer. As CPO, Ospina will lead recruitment, retention, and internal development efforts, serving as a brand ambassador for SimplyPMG’s culture of excellence.
Throughout his career, Ospina has been a steadfast advocate for making homeownership more accessible to the next generation of homebuyers, a commitment that mirrors SimplyPMG’s founding mission. In his new role, Ospina will mentor the next wave of mortgage professionals seeking to build sustainable, high-impact careers dedicated to making homeownership more attainable.
Ospina brings an exceptional track record of growth and leadership to his new role. Having risen through the organization from Branch Manager to Regional Manager, SVP of National Production, and President of Retail Lending, Ospina has consistently delivered on ambitious targets while navigating complex market conditions. His contributions to the industry have earned him recognition from some of the mortgage sector’s most respected organizations. Prior to beginning his career in mortgage lending, Ospina served his country as an active member of the United States Army for 14 years, followed by service as a sheriff in his home state of New Jersey.
