National AMC Can Now Accept And Process UAD 3.6 Orders
WFG Enterprise Solutions, a division of Williston Financial Group, announced that Valutrust Solutions, its national appraisal management company, is ready to accept and process appraisal orders using the Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD) 3.6 and redesigned appraisal reports. Valutrust Solutions’ staff and appraiser network have been trained and prepared to support lenders through the transition.
UAD 3.6 modernizes appraisal data and replaces multiple legacy appraisal forms with a flexible, dynamic Uniform Residential Appraisal Report driven by the property and assignment. All new appraisal reports initially submitted to the Uniform Collateral Data Portal (UCDP) on or after November 2, 2026, must use UAD 3.6.
Valutrust Solutions has prepared its people, processes, and appraisal network for the new requirements. The company can receive UAD 3.6 orders, coordinate fulfillment with trained appraisers, process the new data and report formats, and support quality-control and delivery workflows as lenders move into production.
The company’s readiness gives lenders access to an experienced national AMC that can help them plan, test, and transition their appraisal operations before the mandate. Valutrust Solutions will continue working directly with clients and appraisal professionals to support workflow continuity, clear communication, and a smooth operational transition.
“UAD 3.6 is more than a change in appraisal forms. It requires coordinated preparation across lenders, AMCs, appraisers, technology, and operations,” said Dan Bailey, president of WFG Enterprise Solutions. “Valutrust Solutions has done that work. Our teams and appraiser network are trained, our workflows are prepared, and we are ready to help lenders begin placing and processing UAD 3.6 orders now.”
“Our focus has been on practical, end-to-end readiness,” said Kerianne Brown, vice president of Client Services for Valutrust Solutions. “We have prepared our staff and appraiser network for the new dataset and redesigned reports so we can support clients from order acceptance through appraisal fulfillment and delivery. Starting now gives lenders time to validate their processes and prepare their teams before UAD 3.6 becomes mandatory.”
