Alanna.ai Introduces AI Powered Order Entry Option
Alanna.ai, the creator of an AI-powered intelligent assistant for title agents, has introduced a new tool designed to automate and streamline title order entry.
According to alanna.ai President and Co-Founder, Hoyt Mann, the technology is also AI-driven, and consolidates the often cumbersome process of collecting new title orders from a number of sources, then manually entering them into an agency’s production system.
“People outside of the title industry don’t often realize that title agencies spend a huge number of hours simply gathering title orders and then wrangling them into their TPS,” said Mann. “The orders come from email, lender technology, the agency’s own portal or app…and more. They’re also rarely uniform in terms of what data is presented and in the format in which it arrives. As a result, the agency is forced to manually gather each order and, most likely, keystroke it into their production platform, which ends up costing way too much valuable time that could be spent supporting customers or supporting a smooth closing.”
Alanna is best known for its communication capabilities, enabling title agents to immediately respond to questions and gather or request data 24/7/365 via text message or web chat. The introduction of the new capability is a direct response to an overwhelming market demand, said Mann. “Many of our customers and even potential customers tell us there are too many gaps in their workflows where the data has to be manually transferred from one technology to another,” he said. “We hear them, and are expanding Alanna’s capabilities to help address those needs.”
Alanna is also able to chat in 133 different languages. The technology can additionally be used for functions requiring data extraction and processing as well as interactive marketing and customer service functions. The company recently introduced Forms For All, a digital application that eliminates paper forms from the Buyer/Seller information gathering process in real estate closings.
