Atlantic Closing & Escrow (“ACE”), a national, attorney-driven settlement services firm, has acquired Maryland-based title agency Village Settlements. The company will be rebranded as “Village Settlements, An Atlantic Closing & Escrow Company.”

Accurate Group, a provider of technology-driven real estate appraisal, title data, analytics, and e-closing solutions, has acquired Voxtur Appraisal Services, LLC, an appraisal management company (AMC) serving real estate finance providers nationwide, specializing in broker price opinions (BPOs), alternative valuation solutions and traditional appraisal.
