SingleSource Property Solutions, a provider of residential property services supporting the U.S. housing industry, announced that Daniel Figurski has joined the company as chief appraiser. Figurski will expand the company’s valuation services to help home lenders, mortgage holders, and residential loan servicers increase efficiency through the use of effective, high-quality valuations.

Planet has hired Ken Quantie to lead KeyLink, the title entity in the Planet Family of Companies. As Senior Vice President, Quantie will expand KeyLink’s residential and commercial title offerings to make them available to external financial services entities by the end of the first quarter.
