Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (NYSE: ICE), a global provider of technology and data, officially introduced the MSP Digital Experience (MSP DX). MSP DX is a new conversational interface for working in MSP, ICE’s mortgage loan servicing system.

The Mortgage Collaborative, the nation’s largest independent mortgage cooperative, announced the addition of Blue Sage Solutions, a cloud-based technology provider, to bring interim servicing to the mortgage industry. The partnership makes the Blue Sage Digital Servicing Platform (DSP), a cloud-based system that provides all necessary functions to perform interim servicing, available to TMC members at preferred rates.

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. Already a longtime user of ICE’s Encompass digital lending platform, Lennar will see greater efficiencies and compliance support from the seamless integration of the systems via the ICE end-to-end technology ecosystem.

LoanCare, a U.S. mortgage subservicer, has introduced a wholly re-imagined, re-engineered, and re-designed version of the myloancare.com website powered by its proprietary software. The new homeowners’ website provides a path toward a more consumer-centric tech-driven future through state-of-the-art capabilities designed for quick interactions and intuitive self-service options.

Blue Sage, a provider of cloud-based lending technology, has launched the Blue Sage Digital Servicing Platform (DSP), enabling lenders to utilize a fully integrated platform covering the entire mortgage lifecycle. The initial version of the system includes all necessary functions to perform interim servicing, with full-scale servicing functionality to follow.
