Dave Purdy Joins Homespire Mortgage As New Regional Manager
National residential mortgage lender Homespire Mortgage continues expanding its Southwest operations with industry veteran Dave Purdy joining the team as the new Southwest Regional Manager. Homespire Mortgage has 27 branches across 41 states.
Purdy brings nearly three decades of mortgage industry experience to his new role at Homespire, with a focus towards expansion and recruitment in Kansas, Colorado, New Mexico and other major markets throughout these and other outlying territories. As a former President of the Kansas Association of Mortgage Brokers and KAMB PAC Director, Purdy will leverage his significant industry knowledge and know-how to secure the Southwest region’s top talent with the goal of growing Homespire’s footprint throughout the Southwest.
