An approved Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac seller, leading national residential mortgage lender Homespire Mortgage has now been approved as a servicer for both government-sponsored enterprises (GSE’s). Homespire Mortgage is an award-winning company, providing an exceptional mortgage experience across 41 states.
Becoming an approved servicer for both GSE’s has been an important objective on Homespire’s overall strategic plan. Through dedicated staff efforts, this important designation has now come to fruition, an important step in Homespire’s rapid, continuous growth. As a seller/servicer, Homespire will have access to an increased range of mortgage solutions to further meet the needs of its borrowers, supporting its mission to help all homebuyers responsibly and affordably finance their dream of homeownership.
“Becoming a mortgage loan servicer enables Homespire to continue a relationship with the borrower, and aid in keeping that customer down the road, in the event they need to refinance their existing loan or if buying another home,” said Scott Valletti, Vice President of Servicing for Homespire Mortgage. “In addition, and in the spirit of maintaining home ownership for our customers, being a mortgage loan servicer gives Homespire the ability to provide various hardship options to help struggling families stay in their dream home while their situation stabilizes.”
“We are very pleased with this accomplishment and proud to now be recognized as a seller/servicer for both Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac,” said Bill Napier, EVP Chief Financial Officer of Homespire Mortgage. “I’d like to acknowledge our amazing team and thank them for their ongoing, dedicated efforts to make it happen. Homespire continues to grow at an unprecedented rate and this approval will help us further expand our product offerings and servicing capabilities to reach more borrowers and make their aspiration of ‘home’ a reality.”
