Now, Newfi’s IncomeIQ portal — built on Prudent AI’s income analysis engine — has cut bank statement turnaround from 72 hours to as little as three, putting on-demand Non-QM income analysis directly in brokers’ hands. IncomeIQ gives brokers instant access to institutional-grade income analysis without waiting on underwriting staff or back-office queues.
