Alexandra Costanzo Joins Mortgage Network’s Danvers, MA Office

Mortgage Network, Inc., one of the largest independent mortgage lenders in the eastern U.S., announced Alexandra Costanzo has joined the company as a loan officer and sales assistant at its Danvers, Massachusetts office. Costanzo will be responsible for helping borrowers throughout Massachusetts with their home financing needs.

Costanzo (NMLS #1849051) is an experienced finance professional, previously serving as a financial services associate with TD Bank. She was born and raised in Gloucester, Massachusetts and is a member of the Greater Cape Ann Chamber of Commerce. She graduated from the University of New Hampshire where she earned a bachelor’s degree in political science.

Even with a tight inventory of homes for sale, Costanzo said the local housing market remains favorable for both home buyers and sellers. “Rates have remained at historic lows, which has helped fuel home sales,” said Costanzo. “The North Shore also has one of the highest concentrations of quality Realtors in the state to assist buyers and sellers navigate this market.”

“My advice for homebuyers is to stay patient and prepare by getting a full pre-approval from a qualified lender,” Costanzo added. “Not many things in life come easy, so whether it’s a challenging or more favorable market, the same basic principles apply. Borrowers should be ready to act. Working with the right Realtor is also important, so I’m looking forward to helping my clients connect with some of the best real estate professionals in the area.”

“Alexandra has an excellent approach and aptitude for personal finance matters,” said Sonny Romano (NMLS #17464), sales manager at Mortgage Network. “She understands the importance of trusted lending advice, especially under current market conditions, which will serve our customers well. We’re thrilled to have her join the Danvers team.”

“It’s great to be part of Mortgage Network,” said Costanzo. “The company has terrific customer service ratings, which was an important part of my decision to join. Whether they are buying or refinancing, I’m excited to help area borrowers with all their home financing needs.”Â
