Certainty Home Lending Adds SVP Mortgage Lending, Producing Sales Manager
National mortgage lender Certainty Home Lending, a Rate Company, has named Troy Williamson as Senior Vice President of Mortgage Lending and Producing Sales Manager. Williamson brings more than 20 years of mortgage origination experience to the role and will be based in North Carolina where he will lead the Wilmington NC Mortgage Team.
Williamson has spent his career originating in the Wilmington market, where he has built a client base that spans first-time buyers, repeat purchasers and refinance borrowers. He is known for thorough knowledge of lending guidelines across multiple product types and for a hands-on approach that keeps transactions on track through closing.
A University of North Carolina Wilmington graduate with a degree in Business Management, Williamson was born and raised on the Outer Banks and has called Wilmington home since 1996. His roots in the region give him a strong understanding of its real estate market and the borrowers he serves there.
