Certainty Home Lending Expands Into Central California With New Office

National mortgage lender Certainty Home Lending, a Guaranteed Rate Company, has named long-time industry professionals Ben Lerner and Bill Mott to lead its newly-opened branch operation in San Luis Obispo, California. 

Lerner and Mott will expand Certainty Home Lending’s geographic footprint in the California Central Coast marketplace. 

Bill Mott, who will serve as Originating Branch Manager, has served in the mortgage origination industry since 2002, focusing on growing sales operations and building long-term relationships with clients and partners.

Ben Lerner will serve as the Producing Branch Manager. Over his two decades in the mortgage lending industry, he has also cultivated numerous long-term relationships in various top-producing origination positions. He will also grow the branch’s client base and build Certainty’s footprint in the Central Coast market.
