FirstClose Expands Leadership Team To Drive Innovation And Customer Success

FirstClose, Inc., a Fintech provider of lending solutions for mortgage bankers and home equity/HELOC lenders nationwide, announces new executive appointments in technology, revenue generation, and customer success as the demand for FirstClose products and services skyrocket. With these hires, FirstClose deepens the tech firm’s industry experience and adds expertise to an executive team that elevates the borrower experience from Hello to Funded for their lender partners.

These new hires include:

Pat Carney Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

Pat brings more than two decades of industry experience formulating strategies and developing innovative products for the Real Estate and Title Industries. In his new position, Carney will be charged with identifying, prioritizing opportunities, and driving innovative solutions that influence FirstClose’s growth and expansion opportunities via integrations, organic automation, and strategic acquisitions.  As CTO, Carney will oversee the strategy behind the company’s technology and industry partnerships and will look holistically at the customer and agent experience based on heightened needs and expectations. Carney will work closely with all players within the mortgage ecosystem—including title and settlement, real estate, mortgage, and technology partners—to drive creativity and implement forward-thinking solutions.

Kathy Mantych is SVP of FirstClose.

Kathy oversees the sales unit, including direct sales, client success, and business development. Kathy has over 30 years of comprehensive background and experience in the mortgage banking and financial industry in multiple capacities that span the sales spectrum in technology and complex sales environments. Her focus is on enterprise-wide software sales providing FirstClose streamlined business growth strategies with the leadership necessary to drive revenue and realize ROI. Kathy is a driven technology pioneer acquiring and managing multi-million-dollar accounts with a skillset in reviewing current operations and procedures to identify and capitalize upon areas of improvement involving efficiency while maximizing profitability.
