Planet Home Lending Promotes Dalila Ramos To VP, Talent Acquisition
Planet Home Lending, a national lender and servicer, has promoted Dalila Ramos to Vice President, Talent Acquisition to support recruiting efforts and attract top talent.
“One of my first tasks as Planet’s Chief Human Resources Officer was to find a leader who could help us build on our world-class talent acquisition organization,” said Ben Hughes, Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of Planet Home Lending. “I found that leader here in the Planet family. As Planet Home Lending continues to grow, Dalila’s experience, industry expertise and broad network will continue to help us strengthen our talent acquisition efforts.”
With more than 20 years of experience, Ramos has already used her in-depth industry knowledge to support Planet Home Lending’s mission. In 2019, Ramos joined Planet Home Lending to boost recruiting efforts in distributed retail. She expanded her scope to operations, servicing and corporate professionals when the demand for talent rose this year.

Before joining Planet Home Lending, Ramos had leadership roles in talent acquisition for several companies, including Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group and Caliber Home Loans. In addition, Ramos served as director of development for the National Association of Minority Mortgage Bankers of America (NAMMBA).
