James M. Deitch, CEO of Teraverde, announced the promotions of Maylin Casanueva to President and Rob Peterson to Chief Technology and Innovation Officer. Casanueva’s new role will include sales and revenue growth for Teraverde’s software solutions business, including Coheus and SpeedPath. Peterson’s new role will include product and use case innovation across all of Teraverde’s products and services.
Deitch stated, “Maylin Casanueva and Rob Peterson have proven to be effective working together to grow Teraverde’s products and services. These promotions formalize their roles within the Teraverde.” The company provides award winning mortgage BI technology, utilities, and workflow optimization products fully integrated with loan origination platforms to drive profitability. These solutions were designed by executives with extensive mortgage domain knowledge. That means the solutions are ready to go “out of the box”, and installation is completed in 48 hours.
Casanueva conceived Coheus Profit Intelligence, which improves data driven decision making while instantly gaining insight of the lender’s overall business. Coheus transforms data and information into actionable intelligence. Peterson created SpeedPath which manages workflow, service levels and data change management for each individual lending task within the Encompass. SpeedPath is configurable by the lender allowing speed to ROI and continued flexibility to be built in.
According to Peterson, “The new organizational structure will result in a faster and more complete integration between Coheus and SpeedPath. I’m very excited to work with Maylin Casanueva in developing continued excellence in our solution set.” Casanueva stated, “This structure will further integrate all of Teraverde’s solutions and will result in faster evolution of our solutions. Rob and I will be working even more closely together, and I’m really looking forward to it.”
Deitch will remain Chief Executive Officer of Teraverde, and will focus on supporting the growth of Teraverde’s products and services overall. Teraverde was founded in 2011 by Deitch, with Casanueva and Peterson joining in 2012.
